Roll-Out Time Line

2011 – 2012: Phase One ~ Nesting:
Establish Indie-Pen-DENT! Community’s professional, volunteer, and participant communities, decide on our company’s brand, marketing materials, timelines, and launch successful fundraising campaigns to support our work.
Launch Journal To Save Your Life’s beta version for teenagers nationwide.

2012-2013: Phase Two ~ Egg is Laid:
Communities continue to be built, potent commercial version of Journal To Save Your Life is launched alongside supporters,
book two of The Hummingbird Series is edited and published.

2013 and beyond: Phase Three ~ Hatch!
Business operations are operating at a profit, employees are hired, and additional income streams are made possible
(eg. J2SYL program is able to be licensed by other organizations, Jasper Faolan, as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, is able to give speeches on adolescent mental health, etc.)

Business operations are those ongoing recurring activities involved in the running of a business for the purpose of producing value for the stakeholders.


stake·hold·er [ stáyk h0ldər ] Noun.

Somebody or something with direct interest:
a person or group with a direct interest, involvement, or investment in something, e.g. the employees, stockholders, and customers

Indie-Pen-DENT! Community’s stakeholders include the young women we aspire to serve, volunteers, mentors, government agencies that may ultimately have a use for our services, adolescent delinquent rehabilitation programs and therapists, teachers, rape crisis centers, and others.
